Our Five-Stage Process

In the Brand First + approach, we ask a lot of questions because the answer is our deliverable.

To that end, Krossover Entertainment puts all brands through a rigorous five-stage process.

Before we design a solution for amplifying your brand message, we work to understand the universe that it operates in to include audiences, competitors, influencers, brand attributes and expected RoI. This is stage one, the part we liked to call Brand Analysis.

We then move on to gleaning insights from our research, using a variety of models. These insights will suggest creative routes that will inform the brand stories that we will create. We then give it life through our next step in the process: Strategy.

This is the stage in the process, where we give our big ideas, design the story, develop the concept, and suggest ways to engage your consumer. This is also the stage where we start sourcing partnerships and planning your communication.

This is where we do the heavy lifting for you. We formulate contracts, negotiate win-wins between you and the opportunity and deal with every link in the chain to include vendors, venues and all the other little things that are now our problem.
